We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in reasonable condition and, where possible, with original packaging and accessories.
2. Eligible Returns
We accept returns or refund requests under the following circumstances:

- The product arrives damaged during shipping
- The wrong item was received
- The product is not functioning as described under normal and proper use conditions
3. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns, refunds, or warranty claims may not be accepted in the following situations:
- Damage caused by dry burning, dry heating, overheating in air, or operation outside water
- Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions or safety guidelines
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or negligence
- Damage caused by incompatible voltage or improper electrical connection
- Normal wear and tear after use
For non-defective products, returns may be subject to approval and the item must be unused or in resellable condition.
4. Dry Burning / Improper Use Disclaimer
Our immersion heaters are designed for submerged water use only and must remain fully immersed during operation.
Damage caused by dry burning, insufficient water coverage, overheating outside water, or improper operation is considered user-caused damage and is not covered under warranty or return eligibility.
Please carefully follow all instructions and safety precautions before use.
5. Refund Process
If your return request is approved:
- Returned items will be inspected
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing time is generally 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
6. Return Shipping
- If the issue is caused by a product defect, shipping damage, or our error, we will assist with a replacement or refund solution
- For approved non-defective returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
